Maintain the proper processing of LIS or EMR lab data into the transplant database depends on a set of logical mappings from the LIS to the OTTR database. These mappings sometimes require technical attention. HKS has provided some updated instructions and how-to documentation on the interface lab mapping process. This is available at:
